The incident began when Palestinians from the village of Qusra in the Binyamin region arrived at the location to prepare their land for agriculture with a mechanical bugger. The work had been taking place 100 meters from the settlement’s security fence. The work was halted
when settlers from Esh Kodesh, who had called the IDF, arrived at the scene. There was an exchange of words between the Palestinians and the settlers, which devolved to rock throwing.
