Driver critically wounded in crash possibly caused by stone-throwing

A man in Jerusalem was critically wounded on Sunday night when he lost control of his car after it was pelted with stones. The vehicle struck a power line and tumbled into a roadside ditch. Police said they were investigating whether stones thrown at the car caused the accident.

The driver, a man of about 50, was taken to Shaare Zedek Medical Center by an MDA team while paramedics attempted resuscitation in the ambulance. Two people were lightly wounded in the incident.
