Einat Schlein becomes first woman to serve as Israeli envoy to Arab country

Israel’s new ambassador to Jordan, Einat Schlein, made history on Monday when she officially became the first woman to serve as Israel’s envoy to an Arab nation. Schlein, who was appointed in September 2014, presented her credentials to Jordan’s King Abdullah in Amman on Monday.
