EU member states approve continuation of Russia sanctions

The ambassadors of the 28 member states of the European Union approved by “consensus” on Wednesday continuation of economic sanctions against Russia until 31 January 2016, which should be formally adopted in the coming days said a European source. “The legal text which extends the sanctions until January 31 was presented” to EU ambassadors, “there was consensus,” the source said.
