Fatah official sentenced to nine months in prison for incitement on Facebook

Jerusalem’s Magistrate Court has sentenced Omar Shalabi, the secretary general of Fatah’s Jerusalem branch, to nine months in prison for using Facebook to express support for terrorists and urge terrorist activity. This is the first time in Israel that someone has been imprisoned for incitement on social media.
