Iran: Nuclear negotiations extended past deadline

The Vienna negotiations to reach a historic agreement on the Iranian nuclear issue will go beyond the initially set deadline of June 30, said a spokesman of the Iranian delegation on Sunday. “Since a lot of work remains to be done, delegations will stay in Vienna after 10 Tir (July 1, Ed) to continue negotiations to achieve a good overall agreement,” the official said, while the head Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif planned to go to Tehran for consultations Sunday evening.
