Iran ratifies ban on access to military sites, scientists

Iran’s constitutional watchdog has ratified legislation banning access to military sites and scientists as Tehran and world powers approach a deadline for reaching a comprehensive nuclear deal. State TV says the Guardian Council ratified the bill Wednesday. All bills have to be approved by the council to become a law. The bill would allow for international inspections of Iranian nuclear sites within the framework of the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty.
