A Jewish man was lightly wounded in Jerusalem's Old City on Friday evening when an argument between Jews and Arabs escalated into a physical fight.
The victim, a 21-year-old, made it to the Western Wall plaza and from there was evacuated to the Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital with injuries to the head.
Police arrested one of the Arabs involved in the fight and took him in for questioning. The investigation is ongoing.
The incident is the latest in the tensions between Jews and Arabs, as an ongoing terrorist wave against Israelis has killed dozens of Israelis.
On Friday morning, an IDF soldier was lightly wounded in a car ramming attack at the Gush Etzion Junction in Judea.
The attack was conducted by a female Arab terrorist, who was shot and killed as she conducted her attack. A search of her car revealed that she had a knife inside, in apparent preparations for getting out of the vehicle and stabbing her prone victim to death.
The soldier, aged around 20 years old, was evacuated to Shaare Tzedek Hospital in Jerusalem for treatment.
