Liberman: Real Zionists don’t surrender to Arab threats

Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman attacked the Zionist Union party on Tuesday, saying that "real Zionists don’t surrender to Arab threats."

Liberman was referring to the Zionist Union party backtracking on agreeing to join with Likud, Bayit Yehudi and Yisrael Beytenu to support attempts in the Central Elections Committee later this month to ban Israeli-Arab MK Haneen Zoabi (Balad) from the election.

"Just like we can’t agree to not allowing the Israeli public to buy Charlie Hebdo magazine because of the Mohammad cartoon, Herzog and Livni cannot agree to surrender on this issue," Liberman said.
