Peres: ‘Clear majority wants two-state solution’

Former President Shimon Peres spoke at a global economic conference in Jordan Friday saying, “In Israel, a clear majority wants a two-state solution for two peoples.” He added that, “Reaching an agreement is possible, necessary, and urgent. What’s clear is that no one can freeze the situation. The status quo is not an option.”
