Poll: Arab Parties Overtake Jewish Home, Likud Strong

Likud is making a comeback over Labor, according to the latest elections poll.

Likud would garner 27 seats in the 20th Knesset, according to the Channel 1 survey published Wednesday night, followed by Labor at distant second with 23 seats.

The Arab parties have overtaken Jewish Home for third place, with 12 seats and 11 seats, respectively. 

Yesh Atid would gain 10 seats; United Torah Judaism (UTJ), 8; and Kulanu and Yisrael Beytenu are tied at 7 seats each. 

Bottoming out the poll are Shas, at six seats; Meretz, at five seats; and Yachad-Ha'am Itanu at four seats. 

According to this poll, a right-wing government bloc between the three likeliest parties to form a coalition – Likud, Jewish Home, and Ha'am Itanu – would gain 42 seats. 61 are needed to form a coalition.
