Satirical Hezbollah skit leads to riots in Lebanon

Supporters of the Iran-proxy Hezbollah terrorist organization began rioting around Beirut and east Lebanon on Saturday after Saudi-owned MBC television aired a comedy skit poking fun of the group's leader Hassan Nasrallah.

The skit featured a man impersonating Nasrallah, assuring his audience of Lebanon’s independence while simultaneously kissing the hand of Iran and making fun of the terrorist leader's lisp.

The faux Nasrallah character further denounced Hezbollah’s participation in the conflict in Yemen calling such claims “lies and defamation.”

After the two-and-a-half minute parody aired, Hezbollah backers began burning tires and blocking roads while they shouted slogans calling for the death of the Saudi royal family.

The Lebanese army deployed troops to quell the violence, and no damage to property was reported.

The incident comes as tensions soar between Shi'ite Hezbollah and Sunni Saudi Arabia.
