State to High Court: Let terrorist house demolitions go forward

The battle over six house demolition orders of the homes belonging to the families of the terrorists who murdered Malahi Rosenfeld, Danny Gonen and Eitam and Naama Henkin hit another key point on Monday as the state pressed the High Court of Justice to approve the demolitions.

On October 22, the High Court temporarily froze the demolition orders pending the state explaining its reasons and plans for the demolitions in more detail.
