Syrian opposition: Russian aid plan not serious

Senior members of the opposition forces in Syria have criticized the Russian plan for a ceasefire, which includes supply of humanitarian aid for besieged cities from the air without an attempt to actually break the siege, as unserious. The opposition officials said in an interview to Saudi media that the plan is meant to keep Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in power, and to recruit rebel forces into fighting ISIS instead of the regime.
