US man charged with plotting to support terror group

A New Jersey man has been charged with conspiring with three other men to provide material support to the Islamic State terror group. Samuel Rahamin Topaz was charged Thursday with conspiring to travel overseas to join the terror group. Prosecutors say he was arrested at his home and made an initial court appearance in court. He was held without bail. Defense attorney Borce Martinoski says Topaz will plead not guilty.
