Watch: Israeli Startup Revolutionizes the Music Industry

Israel continues to lead the world with technological wonders, and Arutz Sheva recently got a chance to speak with Itamar Yunger of the impressive two-man startup Sound Better, which has revolutionized the music industry.

Speaking at an exhibit of final projects of the school of computer science at the College of Management Academic Studies in Rishon Letzion, Yunger explained that his company's invention allows different artists and sound producers to collaborate from all over the world to make music online.

As opposed to previous times, "now everyone can record themselves at home," said Yunger. He explained Sound Better has 10,000 participants worldwide, and was originally created by Shachar Gilad, a fellow Israeli who founded the company in the US.

Yunger joined a year-and-a-half ago to bring the technological capabilities up a level.

Sound Better staff explained that "every musician is now starting to realize how hard it is to find sound producers who are appropriate for them both musically and in terms of budget. Our site connects musicians with sound staff around the world, and bridges the distance allowing musicians from Israel to connect with technicians from New York, South Africa or Australia."

The company won out in 500 Startups last year, a competitive contest in San Francisco in which only 26 projects out of a total of 1,600 were selected to be encouraged and invested in as they grow.

Sound Better is being aided by four-time Grammy Award winning mix engineer Manny Marroquin, who has won awards for his work with international artists including Rihanna, Kanye West, Bruno Mars and U2.
